Terry Hancock and Stan Thomas began their restaurant careers at the Pioneer Saloon in the early 1970s and helped managed the Pioneer through most of the decade. Stan left Ketchum, Idaho in 1976 to build and manage Jasper's Saloon in Santa Barbara, California. In 1978, Terry and Stan moved to Twin Falls to build and operate Rock Creek.
Stan and Terry believe in the best possible dining experience, so they insist on quality ingredients. Fresh fish is flown in twice a week and all meat is prime or high grade and the steaks are cut in-house, with the Beef Backer guidelines.
Rock Creek's dressings and desserts are made in-house with a fresh salad bar available every day.
